Team Fire Elite Organization, Inc. is looking for innovative, ambitious, and creative interns for the fall and winter semesters of 2016. Interns are assigned to various practices within TFE (marketing, brand development, public relations, project management, business development, event planning, and web maintenance). TFE provides stimulating experiences including regional and national level tournaments/skills clinics, lunch & learns, tutoring/ mentoring and leadership skill programs, and hands-on experience in the industry.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student; The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and attentive to detail; Applicants are expected to have excellent written and oral communication skills and experience successfully balancing multiple tasks on tight deadlines; Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office. Responsibilities:

Draft press releases, newsletters and editorial content; Identify and compile lists of media contacts; Run reports for products, registration, electronic transactions, and any other information;  Research, plan, and implement events in the area of tournaments, community service learning experiential activities, fundraising, branding, etc. Coordinate marketing, advertising sales, layout, and production for all items related to promotion/publicity of TFE;  Research topics and issues and analyze findings; Edit and proofread; Run reports for products, registration, electronic transactions, Manage social media platforms, Assist in the development of new initiatives and programs to build brand equities; Perform other duties as assigned.

The application deadline for the Fall 2016 internship is August 29, 2016, though applications are considered on a rolling basis. Please submit a cover letter and resume/CV. Applicants must be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours/week for 13 weeks to be considered for this position, though 15 weeks is preferred.
